LAS VEGAS — The Las Vegas-based Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Nevada inducted Henderson-based Imagine Communications’ Donna Namchek into its Women’s Hall of Fame Thursday, March 30.
As Imagine’s controller, Namchek uses her more than 15 years’ experience in customer service, project and product management, employee training and redevelopment to deliver high and exceptional customer service to Imagine’s clients, while coordinating daily operations and addressing human resource needs within the firm. Having earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno, Donna also serves as Imagine’s bookkeeper, where she oversees and manages the firm’s day-to-day expenses.
Prior to her role at Imagine Communications, Donna served in two contracting positions for Inclination Software, Inc. and Casino Data Imaging. Both positions involved in-depth research development and the creation of user-friendly support documentation. She also worked as an operations project manager for Sierra Design Group, where she managed inventory levels to meet production and installation deadlines, trained and managed a sales team, and helped the company establish a contract that brought in $75 million in annual revenues. In 1997, Donna was invited by UNLV to speak as a subject matter expert on the topic of gaming accounting and performance/analysis systems at the National Indian Gaming Association Conference.
When not at work, Donna is an active member of the community, volunteering with several organizations including Girl Scouts, and spending time with her husband and three daughters.
