‘Strategy, development and execution’ the topic of Jan. 27 Roadmap to Success workshop

Henderson Chamber supports member businesses with Roadmap to Success Series

HENDERSON, Nev. – The next topic to be featured in the Roadmap to Success Series – hosted by the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and the Henderson Business Resource Center – will be “Strategy, Development and Execution: Make Your Company Run Like a Well-Oiled Machine.”

Featuring David Chavez, CEO of Assured Strategies, the workshop will take place from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 27, at Henderson Business Resource Center – located at 112 Water St. near West Pacific Avenue in downtown Henderson.

Free to Henderson Chamber members, the Roadmap to Success Series began in September and continues through May. The series includes 23 workshops covering topics including finance, legal, marketing, and operations and sales.

Chavez, a second-generation Las Vegan, has been a major contributor to the development of the business community for more than a decade. A Small Business of the Year honoree, Chavez has written more than 80 business plans and secured funding for hundreds of businesses. He also has developed strategies for maximizing profitability and created exit strategies for better operating results and the successful sale of several companies.

During the workshop, Chavez will focus on proven strategic methods of the Rockefeller habits, teach powerful tools to develop and execute strategy and give lessons on what makes the most successful business run seamlessly.

All chamber members and the public are invited to attend. There is no cost for chamber members. Cost for non-members is $25. Breakfast is sponsored by Emerald Island Casino.
