New title reflects knowledge, skills, experience gained in last two years

Imagine Communications has promoted Bobby Long, who joined the team in the summer of 2020, to the role of account director. Over the past two years working as an account manager, Long has honed his skills managing accounts and projects.

His role, under Director of Account Services Nadia Zerka, is to act as the liaison between clients and the teams at Imagine Communications. He leads clients through marketing efforts, including projects with the public relations and design and development departments, helping each reach their business goals.

“I really appreciate everyone at Imagine Communications for not only giving me an opportunity, but for helping me build upon my skills and gain the experiences I needed to grow,” Long said. “I’m excited for what the future holds!”

Long is not just a third-generation Las Vegan, he is also a second-generation marketer. He followed in his mother’s footsteps in choosing a field of study, earning a bachelor’s degree in business marketing with a concentration in advertising at Marymount California University. Soon after, he found sales positions with the Las Vegas Lights, the Colorado Rapids in Denver and at the Major League Soccer National Sales Center in Minnesota.

Long’s love of soccer is on display in his office at Imagine, which is decorated with scarves from all his favorite football clubs. When he’s not connecting clients with needed resources, he can be found playing soccer, biking and hanging out with his wife, Ally, and their dog, Henry.
