HENDERSON, Nev. – The Henderson Development Association (HDA), the economic development arm of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, will host a luncheon and panel discussion, “Growing Eastward – Henderson’s Continued Expansion,” moderated by Scott Muelrath, president/CEO of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. The event will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, at Fiesta Henderson, located at 777 W. Lake Mead Parkway in Henderson.

Three panelists will lead an energizing discussion about the economic growth currently taking place in East Henderson. Panelists include Lee Farris of Landwell Company, Sam Kaufman of Henderson Hospital, and Cody Winterton of Lake Las Vegas.

Cadence is a master-planned community designed around active lifestyles and includes Heritage, a 55+ adult neighborhood. This fast-growing community is currently home to more than 800 families. Henderson Hospital offers area residents a comprehensive list of high quality medical services, including specialties in emergency medicine, childbirth services and cardiac care.

Cost for the luncheon is $50 for chamber members and $80 for the general public. The reservation/cancellation deadline is Friday, Aug. 3. There will be a $10 fee for all walk-ins.
