Henderson Libraries host Back to School fair for adults

Adults thinking of going back to school can learn what it takes to make the grade

HENDERSON, Nev.Kids aren’t the only ones who go back to school. In today’s economy, many adults consider returning to school to improve or learn new skills. Adults interested in continuing their education or considering a career shift can attend a workshops from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, at the Paseo Verde Library, 280 S. Green Valley Parkway.

College and university representatives will be on hand to discuss admission, tuition and financial aid for nontraditional students.

Established in 1943 as a single library in Downtown Henderson, Henderson Libraries operates six locations throughout Henderson. Henderson Libraries cooperates with other public libraries in Southern Nevada, the Nevada System of Higher Education, the Clark CountySchool District and all other libraries around the state to provide quality service for Nevada’s residents.
