HENDERSON, Nev. – Rebecca Fay, foundation administrator for the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, graduated from the Institute for Organization Management’s (IOM) West Institute held July 11-15 at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. The five-day session completed the fourth year of the institute’s four-year nonprofit leadership training program.
Fay received IOM recognition, signifying completion of 96 hours of course instruction in nonprofit management. Graduates also have the opportunity to earn points toward the Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) or Certified Association Executive (CAE) certifications.
As foundation administrator, Fay operates the Henderson Business Resource Center and the Leadership Henderson program, which she graduated from in 2007.
The institute is a 501(c)(3) affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and is the premier nonprofit professional development program for nonprofit professionals, fostering individual growth through interactive learning and networking opportunities.
