Galleria at Sunset general manager to discuss the future of retail Dec. 11
HENDERSON, Nev. – The Henderson Chamber of Commerce will host its monthly networking breakfast, from 7 to 9 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, at Wildhorse Golf Club, 2100 W. Warm Springs Road in Henderson. Kevin Budny, general manager at Galleria at Sunset, will present “The Growth and Evolution of Galleria at Sunset.” Budny will speak on the state of retail, give an update on Henderson’s largest retail center and share the Galleria’s transition to new Australian property management company, Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC).
Galleria at Sunset is Henderson’s only enclosed mall and one of the largest in Southern Nevada. With over 20 years of experience, Budny is proficient in multiple aspects of commercial real estate accounting, management and facility operations. Prior to joining the Galleria at Sunset, Budny served as senior real estate manager of the Cheyenne Corporate Center for Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis (CBRE) Inc. A Stevenson University graduate, Budny relocated to Southern Nevada in 2008 while working for the Howard Hughes Corporation.
