Guest speaker Bart Patterson to discuss college’s future at April 11 event

HENDERSON, Nev. – The Henderson Development Association, the economic development arm of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, will host its spring mixer from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 11, at the Fiesta Henderson – located at 777 W. Lake Mead Parkway in Henderson. The guest speaker will be Bart Patterson, president of Nevada State College, who will discuss the college’s long-term plans.

The mixer, “Nevada State College: Building for the (Near) Future,” is hosted by Trosper Communications and is free for HDA members, $20 for HCC members who are not HDA members, and $40 for non-members. The presentation begins at 6 p.m., followed by a question and answer session.  Light appetizers and a cash bar will be provided.
