Co-Operate on Water is the new downtown hub for Henderson co-working and provides a collaborative venue to grow small businesses and allow owners to meet with clients in a professional space.

Flexible workspaces provide cost savings to new and small businesses, allowing professionals to not only share space but resources as well.

Located inside the Henderson Business Resource Center, 112 S. Water St., an incubator that provides offices to burgeoning companies, Co-Operate on Water gives new and small businesses one more option than working from the kitchen table. The space provides desks, comfortable chairs and tables, a group meeting space, Internet, and, yes, even the water cooler.

Suited for startups, consultants, remote workers or a team of entrepreneurs, the Henderson Chamber Foundation welcomes all businesses and hopes the space will create a community and welcoming environment.

“Co-Op on Water is in the center of Henderson and right where we want to be with our new business, The Event Company LLC,” said Kim Henry, partner. “We are an event company that focuses on Henderson, so we wanted to be in Henderson.
