Birthday bash open to all; Mayor Andy Hafen, other community leaders to take part
Opened in 1996, the Galleria at Sunset will host a Sweet 16 Birthday Bash to celebrate 16 years of shopping, dining and fun at the Galleria Saturday, June 16, 1-3 p.m. The community is invited to join the mall for cake, giveaways and a good time.
The festivities will take place in Center Court at the Galleria at Sunset, 1300 W. Sunset Road.
Peta Murgatroyd, champion from season 14 of Dancing with the Stars, will make a special guest appearance and meet and greet with shoppers until 3 p.m. City of Henderson Mayor Andy Hafen will join JC Fernandez, on-air executive producer of Mix 94.1’s Mark & Mercedes in the Morning radio show, to host the event commemorating the Galleria’s contribution to the Henderson community.
Also expected to attend are: Eric Guideng from Rep. Joe Heck’s office, Councilwoman Geri Schroder, Judge David S. Gibson, Matt Morris from Sen. Dean Heller’s office and North Las Vegas Councilwoman Pamela Goynes-Brown.
