Students from Fort Hayes, Eastland to visit, create tool tray as intro to school
Sheet Metal Workers Local No. 24 will host an open house at the Columbus Sheet Metal Workers Apprenticeship Training Center, 3031 Lamb Ave., from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, in celebration of National Apprenticeship Week Nov. 14-18.
Welding students from Fort Hayes and Eastland career centers will tour the training facility, meet instructors and build a tool tray in the school’s fabrication shop.
