Henderson Chamber’s Roadmap to Success series continues May 19
HENDERSON, Nev. – “U.R.G.E.N.T. Steps to Take in Pre-Planning Your Financial Affairs” will be the subject of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce’s next Roadmap to Success (#HCCRoadmap2016) workshop, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Thursday, May 19, at the Henderson Business Resource Center (in the Wells Fargo building), 112 S. Water St. near West Pacific Avenue in downtown Henderson.
Presented by Jasen E. Cassady of Cassady Law Offices and Ralph Goudy of Advocate Estate and Fiduciary LLC, the workshop will discuss legal and real-world practices that come into play when someone dies, the importance of pre-planning and the impact on business and personal affairs.
Cassady’s law firm, which has locations in Henderson and Las Vegas, focuses on areas of probate, estate planning, wills, trusts, asset protection, prenuptial agreements and financial planning. A graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, he also earned his master’s degree in laws and taxation from the University of Florida. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
Ralph founded his company to address clients’ final affairs and make life simpler and easier for families. He has served as a court-appointed and family nominated executor, administrator or trustee since 2012. Prior, he earned his paralegal certification from UNLV and brings hands-on experience and insight as well as practical guidance in organization, administration and settlement of estates and trusts.
