Rouff to present during Henderson Chamber Roadmap to Success workshop series
HENDERSON, Nev. – Brian Rouff, managing partner of Imagine Communications, will present “Company Culture for Fun and Profit” as part of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce’s Roadmap to Success workshop series from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Thursday, May 21, at the Henderson Business Resource Center, located at 112 S. Water St. in downtown Henderson’s Water Street District.
Rouff opened his first Southern Nevada-based advertising firm in 1987 and has since provided numerous clients with an array of marketing services to help them achieve their goals. In 2003, Imagine Communications acquired his firm and brought him on as a managing partner. In his experience, company culture over the years has helped him maintain low staff turnover, high morale and improved productivity.
During the presentation, Rouff will discuss how company culture is the heart of any company and how to design and develop a strong culture. He will also provide background on how companies with a positive culture score at or near the top of satisfaction surveys.

The Roadmap to Success workshop series covers all aspects of business critical for business owners to understand and properly execute to stay afloat, especially when times are tough. It comprises workshops covering topics including finance, human resources, law, marketing, and operations, sales and technology.
