LAS VEGAS – Marek Biernacinski, president and CEO of Words by a Pro, has been named to the board of directors for the Las Vegas chapter of the American Advertising Federation.
Words by a Pro primarily serves as a scalable outsourced writing and editing department for Web programmers, marketing/public relations firms and SEO companies. Working with clients locally, nationally and internationally, Words by a Pro specializes in writing, editing and topic generation.
A former journalist, Biernacinski has nearly 10 years of experience in writing, editing and business. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from UNLV.
Founded in 1978, the American Advertising Federation – Las Vegas (AAFLV) has served for more than 30 years as the community’s premier advertising, marketing and communications association that recognizes excellence in advertising creativity. AAFLV is a local advocate for the advertising and communications industries through public education, public service and networking, and the organization is committed to reinforcing and upholding this reputation by planning programs that continue to excite and engage the advertising community.
Words by a Pro was originally established as Edited by a Pro in 2010 to fulfill the founders’ inherent need to edit everything in sight. And while the company found success with its editing service, it quickly became apparent that the world needed more than just an affordable editing service. With this realization, Edited by a Pro expanded its services in 2011 to include writing. Consulting and translating (English to Spanish and Spanish to English) followed suit in 2012. By 2013, Edited by a Pro no longer accurately conveyed the company’s offerings. After careful thought and consideration, the company was renamed Words by a Pro.
