Commercial management portfolio expands with office park, shopping centers

HENDERSON, Nev. – American Nevada Company, which has been steadily increasing its management portfolio and now oversees operations for over 2 million square feet of commercial property in Southern Nevada, has been awarded commercial property management contracts for three prominent properties in the Las Vegas Valley: Boulder Crossing at 5500 Boulder Highway; Jones Business Center, a grocery-anchored shopping center at 6345 S. Jones Blvd.; and office buildings at 2350 Corporate Center.

Time Equities Inc., a diversified real estate investment and development company operating in seven countries, recently expanded its holdings to Nevada with the purchase of Boulder Crossing, a multi-tenant shopping center at 5500 Boulder Highway. The center is 92% leased with tenants including Planet Fitness, Metro PCS and a mix of other services and retailers, all anchored by an Albertsons.

“Time Equities has been in business for 55 years and, with this purchase, will now have a presence in Las Vegas,” said Natalie Allred, vice president of property management at American Nevada Company. “We are excited to grow with them and look forward to a productive partnership.”

Lochsa Engineering has been a longtime tenant at Jones Business Center, the two-building, 56,213-sqare foot office complex at 6345 S. Jones, built in 2004 and owned by Post Jones LLC and Post Hole LLC. American Nevada Company was awarded the property management contract for these buildings on Oct. 1.

Further south in Henderson, American Nevada was the original developer and owner of 2350 Corporate Center. The property has since come under new ownership by Intermountain Health (previously Intermountain Healthcare), a nonprofit system of 33 hospitals, 385 clinics and other health services operating over seven states across the West. The office park comprises 46,000 square feet and plans are set for tenants to reoccupy the office spaces during the first quarter of 2024 with American Nevada Company serving as property manager.
