Warmington Apartment Communities, in partnership with American Nevada Company, formally launched Sync Apartment Homes with an on-site tour and symbolic ribbon-cutting on March 20 at 7089 N. Aliante Parkway in North Las Vegas, across from the Aliante Casino Hotel. The invitation-only event welcomed investment partners as well as community leaders.

The two- and three-story buildings feature residences ranging from 815 to 1,338 square feet, attached garages and a garden-style walkup. This upscale community includes a resort-style pool and spa, fitness center and outdoor spaces with barbecues, cabanas, seating and fire pit.

Each apartment has a smart home system as well as energy efficient windows and appliances, and the lounge offers a relaxing space with TVs, dining tables, pool and shuffleboard tables and a hospitality area. Units are available now for leasing, and the first residents have already moved in.

Warmington Apartment Communities is part of the Warmington group of companies and has been developing apartments in Las Vegas since 1996. The group’s Nevada portfolio in the Las Vegas area includes 12 properties with 2,734 units.

American Nevada Company, the master developer of the Aliante master-planned community, has owned the Sync property since shortly after the Bureau of Land Management sold the Aliante land site.

Phil Ralston of American Nevada Company and Greg Oberling of Warmington Apartment Communities created the joint venture, their first in North Las Vegas, with American Nevada Company assisting throughout the design and entitlement process. Warmington Apartment Communities is the primary developer and manager of day-to-day development and operations.
